Do you really ship to my country?
We ship worldwide via Japan Post. Tell us your country and we quote the actual shipping cost โ€” you decide after seeing the total.
How do I know my nail size?
Just ask! We send you a simple how-to-measure guide (a ruler is enough). If you are in Fukuoka, sizing at a hotel visit is the easiest.
Can I visit the salon during my trip?
The salon opens Jan 6, 2027 (Okusu, Minami-ku, Fukuoka โ€” planned to be about 1 min from Takamiya Sta.). Before that, hotel-visit service and nail tips are available. Booking requests are open 24h on our salon page (Japanese UI โ€” email us in English and we will help).
Payment & currency?
Card payment via a Stripe link, charged in Japanese Yen (JPY). Your card company converts to your currency. Bank transfer within Japan also OK.
