Good to know

Language

We write English well by email. In person we use simple English plus a translation app, and photos — nail design needs few words.

Payment

All prices are in Japanese yen and include 10% consumption tax. Card via a Stripe payment link, bank transfer, or cash (JPY) at the salon. No tipping in Japan.

Deposit & cancellation

First Class: ¥20,000 deposit to confirm, balance on the day; cancellation terms are written in the service agreement (Japanese, published in full). Salon: no deposit, please tell us if your plans change.

Tax-free

We are not a registered tax-free shop. Services are not eligible for tax-free in Japan anyway.

Removing gel from another salon

Yes — tell us in the form. Removal is done gently; we never peel.

Lash services in your hotel

Japanese law allows an eyelash artist to visit only for ceremonies (wedding, coming-of-age) or when you cannot visit a salon. Nails can be done anywhere.

Photos

We never post photos of your nails without your consent.

Health

If a nail looks inflamed or unusual, we may ask you to see a dermatologist first — honesty over sales. Read our nail & health article (Japanese).

Getting here

From Fukuoka Airport

Subway to Tenjin (one line, no transfer), then the Nishitetsu Tenjin-Omuta Line from Nishitetsu-Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station to Takamiya — the 3rd stop on a local train. The salon is 1 minute from the station. Exact address is shared when we confirm.

From Hakata Station

Subway to Tenjin, then the same Nishitetsu line to Takamiya.

Hotel visits

For First Class we come to your hotel or home anywhere in Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa. Travel costs are quoted in advance and shown in your estimate.
